maintenance instructions.
The only maintenance your engine will neeed is some oil occasionally and maybe a new steel wool bundle.
The best oil to use is sewing machine oil. If you do not have this then ordinary 3-in-1 (or similar) will work OK. Your engine will need oiling after about 2 hours of running.
After 4-5 hours of running you might notice the front of the steel wool bundle deteriorating. You can replace it quite easily by following the instructions here. You will need a small amount of fine grade steel wool, you should be able to get this from any hardware store.

Replacing the steel wool.
Insert removal tool.
Pull out choke.
Tamp steel wool.
Check length.
Re-fit choke.
