Moisten the end of the glass tube with tap water for lubrication and fit it into the hole at the top of the tube pillar. A gentle pushing-twisting motion is best, try not to allow the glass tube to come into direct contact with the pillar. The O rings that were previously fitted into the top of the pillar will support and hold the glass tube.
