Screw the connecting rod screw into threaded hole in the face of the crank and tighten. Tighten only sufficient to lock, over-tightening will cause the nylon bush to expand and pinch the connecting rod eye. Note the alignment of the hook on the end of the connecting rod, it should point towards the main pillar.
